Sports for children and youth shall be conducted based on a child rights perspective and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We believe that sports both shall create a good atmosphere and prevent bullying, degrading treatment and discrimination. Friends’ sports training provides the club with the tools to conduct this work and aims at club managers, coaches, guardians and children and youth active in sports. We support clubs in creating prerequisites for a safe environment where we together develop preventive measures and tools for the intervening work against degrading treatment and discrimination. By providing mapping surveys and analysis of your club based on the sport activity you are engaged in, we can in a joint effort develop your work both on group, team and club level. We work systematically and we support sports clubs in efforts to create safe environments within sports for children and youth by using knowledge, engagement, long-term efforts and a common approach.
